Kelly has been professionally trained to handle real estate divorce sales. She knows how to delicately and diplomatically handle situations which arise throughout the home selling process with parting couples.  Selling a home in the midst of a divorce can be a very emotionally taxing time, and through her training and experience, Kelly knows how to navigate through these often very emotionally charged transactions. Every divorce has a unique set of circumstances and Kelly creates a selling plan that will work with each divorcing spouse's situation so that they can successfully move through the sale of their home and on to the future.

Kelly has received the designation of being an RCS-D™ Realtor®. This stands for Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce. Consumer Protection is the heart of this designation. RCS-D™s help preserve home ownership eligibility for each divorcing spouse.  A team approach to divorce is taken by leveraging the expertise of divorce and house related professionals in the best interest of the house and each divorcing spouse. Kelly uses these core principals to help divorcing couples make informed decisions regarding the house sale, as well as to help attorneys, mediators, and financial advisors to also help their clients make informed decisions.
