Kelly has been professionally trained to handle real estate divorce sales. She knows how to delicately and diplomatically work through situations which arise during the home selling process with parting couples.  Selling a home in the midst of a divorce can be very taxing, and through her training and experience, Kelly knows how to navigate through these often very emotionally charged transactions. Every divorce has a unique set of circumstances and Kelly creates a selling plan specific to each divorcing spouse's situation so that they can successfully move through the sale of the house and on to the future.

Kelly has received the designation of being an RCS-D™ Realtor®. This stands for Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce. Consumer Protection is the heart of this designation. The core values of RCS-D™s are to protect credit and preserve home ownership eligibility. And so, Kelly takes a team approach to real estate involving divorce by leveraging the expertise of divorce and real estate related professionals for the best interest of the house and each divorcing spouse. Her goal is to help ensure informed decisions are made, even if a sale does not occur. And, she has assembled a team of like minded professionals who share the same values.
